Protection from Domestic Abuse (Injunction)
If you or your children are at risk from a partner, ex-partner or family member, you may be able to apply for legal protection through the courts. We can provide swift, confidential legal help to secure your safety.
We can assist with:
-
Non-Molestation Orders.
-
Occupation Orders (removing someone from the home).
-
Emergency applications when needed.
-
Advice and ongoing support throughout the process.
Legal Aid only: Legal Aid is not automatic but may be available if you are financially eligible. We can guide you through the process of applying and gathering necessary documentation.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, our sister firm, Rawlins Davy Reeves, offers private family law services and can provide further guidance.
