Andrew Goss
Solicitor and Team Supervisor
Andrew is the Supervisor of our Legal Aid team at Jacobs & Reeves.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has particular expertise in family matters whether it be following the breakdown of a marriage, civil partnership or from cohabitation. He has a wealth of experience in handling financial and children issues.
Andrew is accredited by Resolution (The Solicitors Family Law Association) in complex financial remedies and cohabitation/TOLATA Act claims involving property disputes, having also previously obtained accreditation in children law and advocacy in financial provision cases.
Andrew has overall responsibility for our Legal Aid department and is committed to ensuring a high standard of quality legal services are provided to all our clients.

Rob Nickless
Consultant Solicitor
Rob qualified as a solicitor in 1982 after studying at Southampton University and the Guildford College of Law. He joined Jacobs & Reeves in 1980 and has remained a valued member of the firm ever since.
With decades of experience across a broad range of legal matters, Rob spent much of his career specialising in family law, particularly in child-related and financial issues. He is an accredited specialist in both children matters and domestic violence and has also handled high-value financial cases.
Rob now acts as a consultant, while lending his extensive knowledge and expertise to support the team. His insight and guidance remain a vital part of the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Tom Killick
Senior Associate
Tom is a highly experienced Litigation Executive who has been with the firm for over 38 years. Throughout his long-standing career at Jacobs & Reeves, he has built up extensive expertise across all areas of family law.
He regularly assists clients with divorce, financial disputes following the breakdown of a relationship, and matters involving children — including both private arrangements and complex Public Law Care proceedings. Tom also has significant experience supporting individuals facing domestic abuse, helping them access the legal protection they need.
His depth of knowledge and approachable manner make him a trusted point of contact for clients navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges.

Burcu Bulbul
Solicitor
Burcu is a family law solicitor. She joined Jacobs & Reeves in 2021 following the completion of her legal studies and qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023.
Burcu has experience across a broad range of family law matters, including domestic abuse injunctions, private and public law children cases, divorce, and financial disputes. She also represents clients at court hearings, offering practical and compassionate support during what can be a challenging time.
Committed to continuing her professional development, Burcu aspires to qualify as a mediator in the future. She is also fluent in Turkish, which allows her to support a wider range of clients in their preferred language.

Emma Crowley
Family Law Executive
Emma is a family law executive and has been in private practice since 2005.
She is the newest member of our Legal Aid team having previously specialized in divorce, separation, pre and post nuptial agreements and family disputes.
She qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005 and is committed to providing legal services to those requiring Legal Aid across Dorset and the wider communities.
